RAMADAN
RAMADAN is coming.I am waiting for a holy air.Environment of the Muslim world will change a little.Roadsides of Bangladesh will decorated by various crispy and spicy food and those who are unable to buy from expensive restruent ,they will buy from there.Hot and crunchy piyaju,crispy and gooey slices of beguni and sticky slices of jilapi are available that time. These type of delicious foods can be seen on the most of dining tables of muslims in the Bangladesh.But one thing we should eat liquid instead of these crispy foods. We should eat fruits during iftar.Another important thing we should eat slowly and chew our feed well.it helps our digestion.so maintaing our a healthy eating after a long day of fasting is required for our body to work properly.
